Vernon M. Veldekens
CEO

Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Vernon Veldekens grew up with a family that owned and managed a full service hospital and a 96,000 square foot retail shopping center. In 1998, Mr. Veldekens became involved in the family business and with his leadership, the income of the retail shopping center doubled.

In 2000, the Veldekens created The Marcel Group. With increased profits and aggressive debt relief, the company had the ability to acquire, develop and build new centers.

Today, The Marcel Group continues to expand under Mr. Veldekens' leadership. His ability to create and oversee a concept to fruition continues to earn the trust and reliability from investors and professional affiliates. In the spirit of his grandfather, Marcel, Vernon continues to live up to the reputation of dedication and devotion to a job well done.

Mr. Veldekens graduated from Andrews University in Michigan before traveling to Western Australia to study physical therapy at The School of Physical Therapy in Perth. He now resides in Houston with his wife Alison, daughter Adele Lauren and son Austin Charles.
