Marcel Professional Plaza is situated on a 2.71 acre tract of land at the north corner of Research Forest Drive and New Trails Drive, which is one of two major thoroughfares running through the heart of The Woodlands, Texas. The project consists of a two story building with approximately 28,800 gross square feet. Tenants include Starbucks, Exit Realty and Preferred Bank. The site will include 120 parking spaces which provides an overall parking ratio of 4.17 spaces per 1,000 gross square foot. Recently announced is a new Fox Sports News facility to the surrounding business park, which will bring over 700 new employees to the area.
