The center was developed in 1998 with 20 multi-commercial retail spaces. Anchor tenants include Brookshire Brothers, Subway, Mr. Gatti’s Pizza and Woodforest National Bank.

The Renaissance Shopping Center has maintained over 96% occupancy under the management of The Marcel Group and sold in the summer of 2005 with an 8% cap rate.
